Tucson doll shows in the works

Antique, vintage, modern, reproduction and art dolls, along with related accessories, will be plentiful during the Tucson Spring Doll Show & Sale, April 5.

TUCSON, Ariz. — The Tucson Spring Doll Show & Sale is being held Saturday, April 5, 2014, at the Sabbar Shrine Temple, 450 S. Tucson Blvd. in Tucson, from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Dealers will be offering dolls of all types and sizes, including antique, vintage, modern, reproduction and art dolls. Also available will be accessories, parts and supplies, restringing and repair services, as well as identification and valuation services.

Extra amenities include free parking, door prizes, raffles and a grand prize drawing that is benefitting World Doll Day Projects.

Show admission is $6; children 12 and under are admitted free with paid adult. Early bird admission (8-9:30 a.m.) is $10.

A fall doll show is also scheduled; The Tucson Holiday Doll Show & Sale will be held Nov. 15, also at the Sabbar Shrine Temple.
