Glass Society hosts 2019 Glass Show and Sale March 9-10
The 47th annual Glass Show &Sale returns March 9-10. It will be held at the Concord Plaza Midwest Conference Center in Northlake, Illinois.
NORTHLAKE, Ill. — The 47th annual Glass Show and Sale returns March 9-10, 2019. It is once again sponsored by the 20-30-40 Glass Society of Illinois.
This show, which is the second oldest depression glass show in the country, will feature more than 25 dealers from around the United States who specialize in depression, elegant, carnival, pattern, Art & Mid Century Modern glass, pottery and utensils.
Also featured is a booth for crystal repair by Mary Lou, an extensive reference library helping with glass identification, hourly door prizes and a special raffle.
New this year, Gary Piattoni, professional appraiser, former senior vice president at Christie’s International Auction House, appraiser on Antiques Roadshow since 1997, will be available on Saturday, March 9, offering one appraisal with each paid admission. (No stamps, coins, or jewelry.)

The Glass Show and Sale takes place Saturday, March 9 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, March 10 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The show location is the Concord Plaza Midwest Conference Center, 401 West Lake Street, Northlake, IL 60164. Admission is $9 per person. Parking is free and food is available for purchase.
