dealers with thousands of music machine, scarce parts, vintage literature, and both cylinder and disc records. The show will be held at Donley's Wild West Town, 8512 S. Union Rd., Union, Ill. It is located 45 minutes NW of Chicago O'Hare Airport, just off I-90 at Route 20.

Visitors are bound to find machines "in the rough" which is a great option for new collectors, as well as machines that appeal to more seasoned collectors and investors. In addition to the music machines, rare technology items also find their way to the show floor. It is not unusual to see early radios, typewriters, telephones, telegraph equipment, light bulbs, and motion picture cameras and projectors, as well.

“This was the golden age of invention and technology” states show promoter Mike Donley. “It all ties in. There are a lot of crossover collectors so we encourage dealers to bring those items with them."

As the years pass and this area of collecting evolves, new items such as early stereo tube amplifiers and turntables are also among the mix, and of interest to collectors.

The show opens at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 13 and 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 14. Admission is $9 per person, and a special preview admission, during dealer setup on Friday, June 12, is available for $40. For more information, visit WildWestTown.com or call 815-923-9000.
