MANSFIELD, Ohio – The Simple Goods show is celebrating its 10-year anniversary celebration at R & L Banquet Center on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016. In honor of this occasion, Simple Goods will include a variety of events prior to and during the show.
Simple Goods Show Specialist Guest
Ohio native Candy Looker, a primitive design artist and crafter, established Simple Goods in 2006. With the assistance of her husband, Tom, and sister and brother-in-law, Max and Harry Squires, Candy continued to run Simple Goods until June 2015, when she sold the show to Christina Hummel, a Pennsylvania antiques dealer, and Kris Casucci, a Massachusetts show promoter and antiques dealer.
Over the last 10 years, Simple Goods has been successfully blending country antiques with related primitive handmades and, due to its success, many similar local businesses now plan open houses and events in Ohio on the same weekend as the twice-yearly show. Many mixed shows have followed around the country, indicating that customers enjoy the variety. Simple Goods welcomes visitors and dealers twice a week, in November and April.
What to Expect
