Collective Design to host fair March 9-11

March 9-11 ushers in the sixth annual Collective Design Fair during Armory Arts Week in New York. This year’s featured entryway installation will feature design by Wintercheck Factory.

NEW YORK — Collective Design will host its sixth fair March 9-11 at Skylight Clarkson North during Armory Arts Week with a curated selection of international galleries, individual designers, and special presentations to create a unique experience for visitors and a robust offering for collectors.

The fair will feature vintage pieces, modern art, contemporary furniture and design objects. Furthermore, the participating galleries will presenting a view of how people collect, and live, today.

Returning for the third year as one of the cornerstone features is Collective Concept, a series that offers immersive presentations of independent contemporary designers in the fields of lighting, furnishing, ceramics and textiles. In addition, new sections to this year’s fair are Hybrid, a section for exhibitors offering work that challenges the boundary between art and design. Plus, POV, a series of rooms and installations demonstrating the viewpoint of some of the industry’s top interior designers.

In addition, the entryway installation at this year’s fair is by Wintercheck Factory. Furthermore, it will feature an integration of unique items of furniture and industrial objects.

To Participate

Admission to the fair is $30 daily (general admission), $60 for a three-day pass, and $15 for students and seniors. Fair hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, March 9. Plus, on March 10, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 11.
