Randolph Street Market opens 15th year with garden party
This year marks the 15th of Randolph Street Market. With more than 300 vendors and a wide variety of objects on offer, and entertaining events this Market has something for nearly everyone.
CHICAGO – Hailed as the “Best Market in Chicago” by Time Out, the Randolph Street Market is celebrating 15 years. The Garden Party Summer Season Opener is set for May 26-27. The Market will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (early VIP shopping begins at 8 a.m.).
Randolph Street Hosts More Than 300 Vendors
It resides in the heart of Chicago’s vibrant West Loop neighborhood at 1341 Randolph Street. The xtravaganza continues its milestone anniversary season with an array of outdoor entertainment and fun from more than 300 vendors.
The Garden Party Summer Season Opener kicks off at 8 a.m. on Saturday. A VIP Early Shopping Party will take place in the market cabana. When the market officially opens at 10 a.m., Drag Queens dressed in garden party attire will shower guests with rose petals upon arrival. From noon-2 p.m., attendees are welcome to experience a special chef demonstration from some of the Windy City’s top chefs.
Party and Pickin' Opportunities Abound
Once inside the market, attendees looking to throw the ultimate vintage picnic, tea party,
backyard BBQ or cocktail party can explore an assortment of outdoor goods. Patio essentials will be on display including outdoor furniture from Hello Good Buys and gardening tools and planters from Rand Rosenthal.
General admission is $10 per adult; children under 12 are free; $5 per student or senior. Admission plus a tote is $15, family package is $40, and the four-friends package is $50, which includes four mimosas or beers. Free on site parking will be provided.
